Kirk Patterson joins Omni after 10 years at Entorian Technologies (formerly Staktek Holdings), where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. While at Entorian, a publicly traded company which provided ruggedized mobile and server computing solutions for use in harsh, demanding environments, he played a key role in the company’s IPO in February 2004, managed SEC reporting, led investor relations, and actively participated in M&A activities. Prior to Entorian, Mr. Patterson served as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Cirrus Logic, Inc., a publicly traded corporation that develops mixed-signal integrated circuits. Earlier in his career, Mr. Patterson spent 20 years in primarily upstream finance and accounting positions while at BP Corporation (formerly Amoco Corporation), where he had a variety of responsibilities including strategic planning, capital allocation, financial analysis, and accounting operations.
